After studying a degree in economics and psychology, a gap year took me around the world and landed me up back home in Cape Town, working in tourism. In addition to my love for hospitality, my keen interest in yoga, meditation, plant-based eating, sustainability and mental wellness kept growing bigger, so I quit my job and pursued my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018. 2019 took me to India to continue my training and 2020 has found me here; trying to share what I have learnt along this crazy life journey!
